Workers On The Roof Of Chattanooga’s First Department Store (1898)

Charles Gustavus Walline (1873 – 1943), a worker at Chattanooga, Tennessee, department store D.B. Lovemans & Co. (1875 – 1988), took photographs of his colleagues on their lunch breaks sometime between 1898 and 1900.
