Although a dying breed some of the best shops to be found around Britain are the old-fashioned hardware stores. Some practically sell everything – literally the kitchen sink. There is one called Jims in Penzance and these old faded postcards were for sale ten for a pound. I think they’d been there for thirty years or so…
