These sensational glass plate negatives from Mongolia are part of the Endangered Archives Programme that “seeks to preserve cultural heritage and make it available to as wide an audience as possible.” The photographs are housed at the British Library, have been cleaned up by ArtBlart,  and shown according to fair use conditions for the purposes of education and research. These wonderful photos taken by unknown photographs are deserving of a wider audience. You  can see them all here.
