We’re off for a stroll around Tottenham with Peter Marshall, who took these pictures as he walked the area once of Middlesex and now in London in the late 1980s and early 1990s. We see pictures of the hairdressers on Bruce Grove; shops and restaurants on Tottenham High Road, which follows the course of the erstwhile Roman road, Ermine Street; the memorable interior of a cafe on White Hart Lane (what is that condiment in the old Lucozade bottle?); down the Seven Sisters; and up over the Tottenham Marshes towards the River Lea.
