Here is the ceremony employed by the Eagles club of Milwaukee to mark the passing of œ of one percent beer in favor of the 3.2 brew. At the stroke of the Eagles pictured at night on April 6, 1933, held up their drinking to give near beer a “Decent” funeral. The sign over the coffin reads: “here lie the remains of œ of 1 percent.
