WHIRL magazine was a short-lived US publication for men who liked their women available for casting calls. The magazine, racy in its day, is now less sexually explicit than a lad’s mag or bottom shelf tabloid. Times have changed. Sex is now sold as something explicit and oddly antiseptic:
